It would be useful to create a developer's tool that would allow a trained scientist to create a model for a chemical site out of required chemical characteristics. In other words, by creating a topographic map of a chemical site's electric charge, this program would help the user determine what the sites composition. This program would be very convenient both for people who are trying to create a chemical site or simply trying to build a map of an existing one. Furthermore, such a program should be able to combine maps build on a variety different characteristics such as hydrophobicity, electron affinity, proton affinity, etc.
